Anale’s journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from Leyte State University in the Philippines. After moving to Canada, she pursued additional training as a PSW, honing her skills in patient care, safety, and communication. Her commitment to her work has earned her recognition, including the "Employee of the Month and Team Choice Award" at Amica Whitby.
